eczema air conditioning
Optimal humidity levels (ie % ) to maintain good skin with eczema.?

8 month old with eczema on treatment with GP & Naturopath, lotions/diet etc. Very sensitive to temp change & live in humid climate. Want to know optimal humidity level (%) and temperature as we need to use air conditioning to maintain summer environment. Used humidifyer in winter (too much/not enough seems to affect him both ways)

I don’t know, but mine really flared up while I was in Phoenix, AZ this past summer with their dry climate. I normally live in a humid climate.

Trying to control humidity can be as tough and stressful as taking care of the eczema to begin with. For my child, I used a product called Regen. It stopped the itch and the eczema, and it did it in all humidities. Here are some pics: http://blog.oli-co.com/?p=547 No worries, Suz
