eczema diet
Eczema and MIlk?
Ok I have heard many times as a suggestion to help eczema try changing your diet, most notably cut out the dairy products. Just wondering if there is actually any scientific backup for this or is it just a random suggestion, or not esspieally proven?
Well it’s not scientifically proven but it has been said by many eczema sufferers that it does prevent the itch. I’ve tried, but it doesn’t work.
Guess it works on some people but not on others. Give it a try though!
P.S. I’ve suffered from severe eczema for 2 years now.
